Holiday Weekend

The hours are flying by for this amazing holiday weekend. I usually get the Sunday blues, realizing that the work week is starting the next day, so this weekend, I am LOVING that I have just one more free day to myself. I have been making jewelry, cleaning out my closet, needlepointing, baking and watching movies-some of my favorite things. Yesterday, I ventured out to visit BFF Camille, one of my funnest friends and best customers. She made me fancy coffe and served blueberry muffins while we gossiped on the couch. While we were talking, she literally ripped my new bracelet off my arm and whipped out her checkbook. I really love when that happens. This was the end result:

Later that day, I met Denie, Mason, Reese and baby Penny for dinner. I spent most of the time playing peek a boo with Reese, she is super cute and is very entertaining. She also likes to have staring contests...and often wins.

Today, I spent the day working on my new website, which is so close to being finished, I really can't believe it. I am still looking for cute gifts to sell on there to balance out the paper and of course, jewels. I just clicked on Dlisted.com and seriously was laughing out loud at this picture of Suri in Boston. Can you imagine walking by a cupcake store and seeing her staring at you through the window?

What I would like to know is that if Jennifer Garner is Boston with her two girls hanging out while Ben is filming, why doesn't she and Katie get together? They could get Violet and Suri together for a play date. I have had so many text messages from friends in Boston with Tom Cruise sightings, it makes me crazy. He and Katie would really be a star sighting worth some effort. If I do get to meet them someday, I hope it goes better than my last celeb meet up-Vince Vaughn, it did not go well....but that is a story for another day!
